So friendly and helpful! All three of us wanted the same bag and he checked every square inch of the store to find them. After purchase and already in a different country, there appeared to be a zipper malfunction. A new bag was immediately ordered and sent to the United States for free. Great customer service!

Zeer vriendelijke ontvangst. Met mijn vriendin een leren jasje uitgekozen. Na aankoop bleek er een kleine onvolkomenheid in de jas te zitten. Volgende dag terug gegaan. Toen werd er meteen een nieuwe besteld welke gratis naar Nederland werd verstuurd. Top service!
